Terms and Conditions of the KEE Program Presented by Keeta Company in collaboration with the Kuwait Innovation Center and in strategic partnership with the National Fund for Small and Medium Enterprise Development.

1. Eligibility
Participation in The KEE Program is open to applicants who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who are citizens or residents of the State of Kuwait.

2. Participation Format
Participation as a team is preferred. Individual applicants may be accepted or be grouped into teams by the organizers if selected.

3. Originality of Projects
All submitted project ideas must be original and must not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Project Scope
Projects must address a clear and relevant challenge within one or more of the following sectors:
 

• Food delivery

• Food & Beverage (F&B)

• Last-mile delivery

• Digital transformation

5. Registration Requirements
Applicants must complete the official registration form and provide all required personal, team, and project information.

6. Filtration and Selection
All applications will undergo a filtration process conducted by the organizing committee to assess eligibility, relevance, feasibility, team capability, and value. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
 

7. Media & Promotion
By participating in the program, participants grant the organizers the right to use their names, images, videos, and project-related materials captured during the program for documentation, promotional, and communication purposes.

8. Liability Disclaimer
Participation in the program is at the participant’s own risk. The organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the program.

9. Legal & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait.

10. Final Decision
All final decisions regarding participation, selection, and continuation in the program rest solely with the organizing committee.
